A Mid-Winter’s Night Dinner

Warm up this winter at The Vineyard B&B. After the success of the fall pop-up dinner at The Vineyard, Owners Kathy Stockton and Dave Oswald have decided to do it again! Please join your hosts for a sumptuous meal created by Chef Rafael Garcia on Saturday, December 9th. Chef Rafael Garcia is the owner of Rafa’s Kitchen Catering, as well as the executive chef of Del Rio on Main. He has over two decades of restaurant and catering experience, and always brings fresh ideas to the table. Born in Leon, Guanajuato, Chef Rafa’s earliest memories are of learning to cook at the feet of a master—his grandmother, Maria Isabel. Armed with a foundation of recipes native to his beloved Mexico, Chef Rafa pursued a career in cooking, graduating from Le Cordon Bleu with a degree in Culinary Arts. After years in the restaurant industry, both as an executive chef and as a personal chef, Chef Rafa decided to strike out on his own. Following his dream to own his own business, he built a commercial kitchen in Marble Falls. While Chef Rafa is classically trained in French Cuisine, his experience and versatility enables him to create custom menus, designed specifically to his customers tastes and desires. When he isn’t toiling away in his kitchen creating new dishes, Chef Rafa enjoys growing organic vegetables, loves playing and watching soccer, hanging out with his pooch Mr. Bubby, and spending time with family and friends. There are two seatings available, one at 6:30 p.m. and another at 8:00 p.m. The cost is $65 per person, excluding the cost of wine and beer.
